Refund policy

XRB Market is owned and operated by XRB LLC. This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on our website.

1) Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted on the product page.

To start a return, email info@xrbllc.com with:

Order number
Item(s) you want to return
Reason for return

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original manufacturer packaging
Items must be in the same condition as received
We may request photos of the outer packaging if the item arrived damaged

Not eligible for return (for safety and hygiene):

Opened or used personal care items
Items missing original packaging or seals
Items marked “final sale” (if applicable)

3) Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@xrbllc.com with:

Order number
Photos of the item(s) and shipping packaging
We will work with you on a replacement or refund depending on availability and the situation.

4) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your bank/payment provider and may take several business days to appear.

5) Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged/defective on arrival, missing item), we will provide a return label or cover return shipping as applicable.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6) Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to inventory changes. If you need a different item, the fastest option is usually to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
