Shipping policy

XRB Market is owned and operated by XRB LLC. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our store.

Shipping Locations (U.S. Only)

We ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to freight forwarders for export purposes.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Packaging

All products are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging when applicable and are packaged carefully to help prevent damage in transit.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@xrbllc.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages)

If your package is delayed, tracking updates are the best source of current status. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item(s) so we can assist.
